This course consists of introduction to pre-hospital care, EMS systems, role and responsibilities of the paramedic, illness and injury prevention, ethics in pre-hospital care, general principles of pharmacology, life span development, endocrinology, allergies and anaphylaxis, and behavioral/psychiatric emergencies.
