Description

This course will be taken concurrently with the Medical Laboratory Technician Clinical. It is intended to serve as a comprehensive review in preparation for the Board of Certification (BOC) examination for Medical Laboratory Technicicans (MLT) offered by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP). PREREQUISITE: COMPLETION OF THE FIRST THREE SEMESTERS OF MLT COURSES. COREQUISITE: MLT 275. GRADE REQUIREMENT: A MINIMUM GRADE OF C MUST BE EARNED IN THIS COURSE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO GRADUATE FROM THE MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN PROGRAM AND PROGRESS TO MLT CLINICAL PRACTICUM.
