Description

This course builds on previous course concepts of leadership and management. The student is expected to demonstrate ability to apply the concepts of clinical judgement, communication, and promotion of safety with patients in the clinical setting. This course provides the opportunity for students to apply concepts of leadership and management while under the supervision of an RN instructor or RN/LPN preceptor.
