Description
This course will focus on performing groove welds on plate and tubular joints, with and without backing, in all positions. GMAW, FCAW, and MCAW may all be utilized.Students will weld on carbon steel of varying thicknesses up to 1”. Welder qualification and testing requirements will be studied as relevant to the procedures used in the course.
